How to use VoiceOut
In few steps you can learn how to use VoiceOut.
VoiceOut has been designed to be simple and efficient. You will be able to attach voice messages to any email without any complex change to your applications or configurations.
Once installed, in 3 clicks you can have your voice message recorded and attached to any email you send. The receiver will simply have to click on the voice recording to play it with any media-player!
Follow the easy steps for the version you have downloaded and start including voice recordings in your emails!
Install VoiceOut for Outlook
Run the VoiceOut installer by clicking on the file that you have just downloaded. Note that you must have administrative rights on your computer to successfully install VoiceOut!
Now simply follow the on screen prompts. It’s easy!
Once done, follow the instructions below to get you started.
Launch VoiceOut in Outlook
VoiceOut can be launched when writing an email in Outlook (either write a new email or reply to one).
Click on the VoiceOut icon to open VoiceOut!
Note: if you have not yet inserted your licence key, you will be prompted to enter it in this phase.
Otherwise you will be able to use VoiceOut for the trial period.
Record your voice message
Simply click on “Record” and record your voice message. Once done, stop the recording.
You can now play-back the recording with the ability to stop the playback at any time. You can re-record from this point.
At any time after your initial recording, you can click anywhere on the waveform main line to re-position either record or playback. You can rename the title of the recording at any time (defaults from the subject line).
Attach, send, repeat!
You can now “Attach” the voice message to your email, or click on “Attach and Send” to immediately send the email with the voice message!
You can also add multiple voice messages to a single email.
The trial version will allow you to use VoiceOut without limits for seven days. After that you will need to insert a licence key.
Install VoiceOut for Chrome
You can open the VoiceOut for Chrome extension page from the official Google Chrome Web Store clicking here
Once done, follow the instructions below to get you started.
Launch and setup VoiceOut for Chrome
Once installed, you will see the VoiceOut icon on your Chrome Browser, on the top-right part of the bar!
You can open it on any browser tab, no need to be in your Gmail or Microsoft webmail page!
Click on the VoiceOut icon to open VoiceOut. In the first launch you will be prompted to connect your account.
Click on “Authorize” to connect either your Google or Microsoft account (or both!). A popup will ask to authenticate yourself with your email and password.
Note: if you have bought a licence key already, you can insert it in this page.
Otherwise you will be able to use VoiceOut for the trial period.
Record your voice message
Simply click on “Record” and record your voice message. Once done, stop the recording.

Install VoiceOut for Firefox open the page about:addons on your Firefox browser, then click on the small settings icon on the topmost part of the page and select “Install Add-on From File…”. Select the downloaded VoiceOut .xpi add-on file to install VoiceOut on your machine.
Once done, follow the instructions below to get you started.

Please note that, currently, VoiceOut for Firefox displays the warning “This app isn’t verified” when connecting to Google accounts. To proceed click on “Advanced” and the on “Go to voiceout.com.au (unsafe)”. No safety risk is connected to this warning.
